Ordering, pricing and production
How do I get a price?
Use any quote form on the site or call 647 494 7229. Send the box type, size, quantity and printing. We reply with pricing, options and a production date.
What is your minimum order?
Most custom printed boxes and cartons start at 2,000 units, and several designs in one order are welcome. Ask about smaller runs; digital printing keeps them affordable.
Why are your prices lower?
We quote factory direct, so there is no distributor margin stacked on top. We also look for savings in the spec: the right board, a smarter size and the cheapest print method for your quantity.
How do you make sure the boxes come out right?
Every order starts with a dieline and a proof you approve before anything prints. Printed work is Pantone matched, physical samples are available on request and your spec stays on file for reorders.
How long does production take?
It depends on the box, the print method and the quantity. Every quote includes a production date so you can plan before you commit.
Do you deliver across Canada?
Yes. We deliver to businesses anywhere in Canada, and your quote includes delivery to your door so you see the real landed cost.
Can you help if I do not know what box I need?
Absolutely. Tell us what goes inside and how it ships. We will recommend a style, a board and a size, and send a sample if you want to test it.
Can you match a box I already buy?
Yes. Send us the box or its spec (size, board, print) and we will quote an equivalent, and point out any savings we see.
Do you charge for plates and dies?
Flexo printing needs plates and custom shapes need a cutting die. These are one time costs, listed in your quote and kept on file for reorders. Digital printing needs no plates.
What files do you need for printing?
Print ready PDF or Illustrator files on our dieline, with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi. We check every file and send a proof.
Can you design my box?
We design the structure (the dieline) for free as part of your order and can suggest simple layouts. For full graphic design, use your designer or ask us for a recommendation.
Are your boxes recyclable?
Corrugated and paperboard boxes are widely recyclable in Canada. Plastic windows, laminations and foam make it harder, so ask for the most recyclable version of your design.
Do you ship to the United States?
Our focus is Canada. Ask us about US deliveries and we will tell you what is possible for your order.
How do I reorder?
Email or call with your previous order details. Your spec and dieline are on file, so reorders are quick.
Do you make cannabis packaging?
Yes. We make plain packaging cartons and shippers, and our sister company LionPack supplies preroll tubes and child resistant pouches.
