Three ways to print a box
Flexo uses rubber plates and is the cheapest way to print one or two colours on corrugated, perfect for logos and handling marks on longer runs. Digital printing needs no plates at all, so short runs, many designs and full colour graphics are affordable. Litho laminated boxes have a high quality printed sheet glued onto corrugated board, which gives the richest colour on big runs.
We quote the method that gives you the lowest total cost for your quantity, with plates and cutting dies included in the price so there are no surprises.
Colour you can count on
Your brand colours should look the same on every box, every run. We match Pantone colours on a digital proof before printing and keep the specs on file for reorders. If your colour is critical, ask for a printed sample before the full run.
Artwork help is included
We send a dieline for your box so your designer can place the artwork exactly. Then we check the files (bleed, resolution, fonts, colour) before proofing. No designer? We can recommend simple layouts that look sharp and print well.
