Using this website
This website gives general information about our packaging products and services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but product details, options and availability can change, and nothing on the site is a binding offer.
Quotes and orders
Prices are given in written quotes. A quote is based on the information you provide and is valid for the period stated on it. Orders are confirmed only when we both agree in writing on the specification, proof, price, quantity and delivery. Production starts after you approve the proof.
Proofs and artwork
You are responsible for checking and approving proofs, including text, colours, regulatory and legal content. You confirm that you have the rights to any artwork, logos and content you send us.
Images on this site
Product images show sample designs for fictional brands, created to illustrate our products.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
