Built for the trip and the reveal
Most mailers use E flute corrugated: thin enough for crisp printing and neat folds, strong enough for courier networks. Heavier products can step up to B flute. The roll end tuck front style has double walls on the front and back, dust flaps to keep things clean and a lid that tucks in firmly.
Inside printing is the cheap thrill
Printing a message, pattern or thank you note inside the lid costs much less than people expect, and it is what customers remember. We can print a different colour inside and out, or keep the outside plain kraft with a full colour inside for a quiet exterior and a big reveal.
Plan sizes for the whole range
If you sell several products, a small family of mailer sizes keeps packing simple and gets you better pricing per size. Send us your product dimensions and we will suggest a set that covers most orders with little empty space.
