Structure first, then print
Every die cut box starts as a dieline: a flat drawing of every cut, crease and glue flap. We design it around your product, make a sample so you can test it, then cut the die. Once the structure is right, your artwork is laid out on the same dieline so graphics line up perfectly with every fold.
Cardboard can replace foam
A well designed die cut insert holds products as well as foam or plastic trays, usually for less money, and it goes in the recycling bin with the box. We design inserts that lock into the box without glue so packing stays fast.
About the die
A cutting die is a one time cost for each new shape. It is included in your quote and kept on file for reorders, so you pay for it once. For short runs or prototypes we can cut samples on a digital cutting table with no die at all.
