What people use cardboard boxes for

  • Shipping and storage

Corrugated boxes that survive couriers, warehouses and the back of a truck.

  • Retail shelves

Printed folding cartons that look sharp next to the competition.

  • Ecommerce orders

Mailer boxes that open nicely and fold flat for storage.

  • Wholesale and case packs

Master cartons sized to hold your units snugly, with case markings.

  • Gifts and premium products

Rigid boxes and sleeves for products that deserve a little ceremony.

  • Displays and counters

Die cut trays that turn a box into a shelf.

Cardboard is a family, not one material

People say cardboard and mean two different things. Folding carton board (also called paperboard) is a single thick sheet, the stuff a cereal box or a perfume box is made of. Corrugated board has a wavy layer called the flute glued between two flat liners, which makes it far stronger for its weight. That is what shipping boxes are made of.

Which one you need depends on the job. A product that sits on a shelf needs crisp print and a clean shape. A product that travels through a courier network needs crush strength. Plenty of brands use both: a printed carton inside a plain corrugated shipper. We make both, so you only deal with one supplier and one invoice.

How we keep the price down

We quote factory direct, so there is no distributor stacking a margin on top of the factory's margin. We also look for savings you might not know to ask about: a board grade that is strong enough without being overbuilt, a box size that nests better on a pallet, or a print method that skips plate fees on short runs.

Cheap boxes are easy to find. Cheap boxes that arrive on time, match your proof and hold up in transit are rarer. That is the whole point of this company.

What we need to quote you

Send us the inside dimensions (length, width, depth), roughly how many you need and whether you want printing. A photo of the product or the box you use now helps a lot. If you do not know the size yet, tell us what goes inside and we will work it out with you.

Who orders these

Cardboard Boxes: common questions

What is the difference between cardboard and corrugated boxes?

Corrugated boxes are one type of cardboard box. They have a fluted middle layer that makes them strong enough for shipping. Folding cartons are the other main type, made from a single sheet of paperboard for retail packaging.

Can you make a box in any size?

Almost. Custom sizes are the norm for us, so you are not stuck choosing the closest stock size. Very large or very small boxes may need a different construction, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Do you sell stock boxes?

We focus on custom boxes made to order. For a common size, a custom run can still be cheaper per box than buying stock in small packs, especially at a few thousand units.
